Our performance management philosophy follows the OKR concept. Each team member has a series of core objectives and measurement key results associated with each objective. All OKRs are public, inter-related and driven by the overarching objectives of the organization. You’re expected to track your OKRs in Lattice and make weekly updates to indicate your progress.
