Overarching Process Copy

Historically, most of our projects vary with respect to what channels we are managing and what activities we’re doing, but our core approach to all of our work is a continuous that follows:

  • Strategic Planning – We’re looking to understand what a customer is doing, how they operate and how we can help them meet their goals. Effectively, we are discovering the opportunity and determining how to execute on it.
  • Content Strategy – We’re determining what content needs to be made, who is making it, and what processes need to be defined to support it.
  • Technical Development – We’re reviewing their technical issues and/or building technical solutions to make the strategy work.
  • Promotion – We’re getting the word out about their content so the visibility of it allows them to meet their goals. 
  • Measurement – We’re measuring the impact of the work that we’ve done to ensure that it’s meeting the goals.

Optimization – We’re taking the learnings from what we’ve implemented and using them to inform what we do moving forward.
