The following documents the minimum expectation of how the entire team communicates its work across the team and to clients.
Communication within the team must be clear, consistent and persistent to ensure that there is a record of what was done and why. Teamwork is the primary record of where this communication lives. Slack is considered a secondary platform for ad hoc discussions, but the ultimate resolution must always be placed in Teamwork to ensure that other team members can easily pick up the work where a given team member left off.
