When an engagement ends, it is incredibly important that we wrap the engagement up quickly, efficiently and close out the customer experience with strong customer service.
- Move customer directory from “Clients” to “Previous Clients” directory in DropBox
- Create Client Handoff directory in the root of the Client’s individual directory
- Copy all final deliverables to Client Handoff directory
- Create Farewell email to Customer with DropBox link to Client Handoff directory
- Post link to the new Customer directory in the Previous Clients directory to Slack
- Archive Slack Channel
- Archive Teamwork Project
- Send a final customer survey to collect feedback on our engagement
- Schedule Post Mortem meeting
