When an engagement ends, it is incredibly important that we wrap the engagement up quickly, efficiently and close out the customer experience with strong customer service.

 

  1. Move customer directory from “Clients” to “Previous Clients” directory in DropBox
  2. Create Client Handoff directory in the root of the Client’s individual directory
  3. Copy all final deliverables to Client Handoff directory
  4. Create Farewell email to Customer with DropBox link to Client Handoff directory
  5. Post link to the new Customer directory in the Previous Clients directory to Slack
  6. Archive Slack Channel
  7. Archive Teamwork Project
  8. Send a final customer survey to collect feedback on our engagement
  9. Schedule Post Mortem meeting
