You should look to give feedback regularly to encourage and support team improvement.
- On the “You” screen click “Feedback” and choose “Give Feedback”
- Click “Give Feedback” if it isn’t already selected.
- Enter the name of the person you’d like to give feedback to
- Select feedback type
- If it’s praise, choose “Public”
- If it’s constructive criticism choose “Private”
- If it’s for their Manager, choose “Manager Only”
- Enter what you’d like feedback about
- Choose which tenet of our philosophy the feedback is relevant to
- Click “Send … Feedback”
