The hiring process is as follows:

  1. Hiring Need – Using revenue and utilization data, we determine the need to hire an additional resource.
  2. Job Description & Responsibilities Development – The hiring manager defines the job descript and the specific responsibilities and accounts the new person would be taking on.
  3. Interview Questions Generation – We generate a series of questions to be asked as part of an Interview Kit and place it in Workable.
  4. Source Applications – We source applications through a variety of means.
  5. Screener Call – The hiring manager hosts screener calls for any applicants that sound like a good fit.
  6. Individual In-person Interviews – Qualified applicants meet with key team members in person.
  7. Feedback – We collect and review our feedback to determine if we want to continue with applicants.
  8. Project/Audition – We assign a small project to qualified applicants and they present that project to the team. For some roles, we have applicants complete an on-site audition for the role.
  9. References – We review references and perform a background check.
  10. Applicant Review – We review all applicants that have made it to the final stage.
  11. Decision – We make a decision of who to hire.
