When we are taking on an expense on the behalf of the client, there needs to be a written record of that expense.

  1. Collect costs and details of client expense
  2. Prepare a client expense approval sheet
    • Get approved by Operations or Mike King
  3. Place in DocuSign
  4. Submit to Client

Do not commit to an expense without first getting a signed client expense approval sheet.
