My vision is that we will use our marketing success to launch our own successful projects and products. I imagine a future where we’re not just convincing people to click on things for our customers. Rather, we are perfecting that capability through our customers and then using our sharpened skills to build our own game-changing ideas.

That brings me to you.

We’ve brought you on because we believe you have the necessary skills and curiosity to help us succeed at our mission and vision. And, if you don’t yet, we believe you will grow into those skills with the right opportunity and support. More importantly, we’ve hired you because we believe you add to the culture that we want to exemplify. 

That culture is PROUD. Proactive. Reliable. Outstanding. Useful. Dedicated.

The word “PROUD” in and of itself encapsulates how you should feel about the work you do with us day in and day out, but more importantly it represents the five ideals we strive to achieve. The core concept behind our philosophy is extreme ownership. Extreme ownership means you are taking responsibility to deliver the results required in your role for us all to be successful. You’ll read a lot more about that in the upcoming pages.

I encourage you to read this document cover-to-cover. It lays out everything you’ll need to know about how we collaborate, coordinate and deliver. It’s your guidebook to success. In terms of extreme ownership and the tenets of PROUD, you are expected to ask questions about what you don’t understand because you’re also expected to operate based on what is indicated in this document.

Anything less than following the processes outlined herein does not meet expectations.
