Pod-based Operations Copy

Our core account teams are pod-based. A pod is composed of an Account Manager, SEO Strategist, Content Strategist and an Analyst. The actual title of these people may vary based on seniority, but their functions on the Pod are as follows:

This group manages the core of the strategic work that we sell to our clients. Capabilities such as Development and Design live outside of these pods and are pulled into projects as needed. 

The pod is meant to interact with the other capabilities, such as Design and Development, regularly to identify opportunities for additional business within our accounts. For instance, all pod members should be able to speak with a designer about Conversion Rate Optimization opportunities for their accounts.

Pod members work very closely together with Account Managers acting as the lead on the account, but pod members will directly report to capability lead, such as a Manager of Research & Analytics, who owns the deliverables and processes of that team.
