We do 360 reviews quarterly. This means that all team members explain their experience of your performance. You also weigh in your performance. The results of this qualitative analysis are collected and collated by your manager in terms of their qualitative and quantitative understanding of your performance for a composite review. 

January and June are long form reviews while April and October are short form reviews. 

Your review will take into account your performance primarily in terms of your OKRs and the results that your work contribution has driven for our customers. 

It is to your benefit to take public and private notes regularly in Lattice to help you easily highlight your performance.
