The Tools We All Use Copy

Each team and role has its own series of tools, but the following are the tools that everyone uses:

• JustWorks is our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) through which we are able to offer our benefits. The platform is also where you can find information about payroll, health insurance, and Paid Time Off (PTO).
  
• Workable is our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) through which we manage our hiring process. This is the platform where you’ll document interviews that you complete to help us determine, as a team, who will be joining iPullRank in the future.
  
• Lattice is our Performance Management solution. We manage performance company-wide using a series of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). The platform is where you document your performance against these OKRs, manage 1:1s, complete reviews and otherwise give and request feedback.
  
• Teamwork is our Project Management solution. The lion’s share of our day to day communication happens here and you’ll be using it directly or through a series of plugins every day for time tracking and maintaining a sense of the workflow. We recommend that you keep it open in its own window at all times.
  
• Dropbox is our cloud-based file management solution. Team members have personal disk space as well as access to the team directory with our shared files. Therein you can find all deliverables, templates and training materials.
  
• Slack – Slack is our ad hoc communication solution. As we primarily use email to communicate with customers, quick conversations and meeting documentation is shared in client channels on Slack. In addition to client-specific channels, we have channels for specific process functions, internal projects and special interests. Here are a few that you should /join:

• Google Apps – While most team machines have Microsoft Office products, we also have access to Google products through our Google Apps accounts.
  
• Tettra is our process management tool. You can find the latest versions of all our process documentation here. The tool integrates with Slack. If you’re ever looking for a process document quickly, you can type /tettra find [keyword] to find it.
  
  
  In this example, I’m looking for documentation related to content audits and I type in “/tetra find content audit” and hit enter.
  
• Expensify is our platform for managing expense reimbursement. You’ll be using this to submit pre-approved expenses.

• TeamPassword is our password management application wherein all passwords are stored and made available to relevant team members. Every shared password for any portal or application shared with us by a customer must go here.
