That is worth repeating: The work is not the result. The result is the result.

For our customers, it is not enough to simply push paper back and forth. We have been hired to get a specific result. Everything we do must be oriented toward achieving that result. 

We must make it a priority to keep our eye on the metrics that impact the goal and continue to push our customers to implement toward moving the needle. To that end, we must always help our clients win the fight for the user.

More importantly, we must deliver work that delights and persuades the target audience. The user is always who we must convince to take action so everything we do must be done with them in mind first. Whenever we meet the fight to meet the user’s needs, we win the user’s mindshare and their wallets.
